The location was very convenient, a few minutes walk from the train station, tram stops and the Nils Ericsson terminal for the airport bus. The room was a good size, clean, with a very comfortable bed. The shower worked well, good pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfasts were excellent, thanks to Sofia and the other breakfast staff. A variety of food to choose from, including pancakes, a range of hot dishes, plus the usual cereals, breads, cheeses, ham etc. There was also a separate area, including a toaster for gluten free products. Everything was well presented and replenished and the tables were cleared promptly. I never had any problem finding a seat. The receptionists were mostly friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies who charged my iPad for me as my charger wasn’t working properly. They also provided information on the Midsummer celebrations and how to get there.

Excellent breakfast. Shower worked particularly well and there was good air extraction so that the en-suite shower room dried out quickly after using the shower. Everything very clean. The double glazing worked well to keep noise from the nearby train lines out of the room. It was possible to choose whether to have the room serviced daily or not. I stayed 2 nights and chose not to have the room serviced as I wanted to unpack everything from my rucksack and so had things scattered round the room. There were plenty of towels for two nights and plenty of hand wash, shampoo and body wash, toilet tissue etc supplied for my stay. Location very convenient for central Gothenburg and for the railway station, bus terminus and tram services.

The staff here were so fantastic, they were friendly helpful and chatty. We had our little one year old with us and there was a cot with bedding all set up for her in our room. The hotel was central and we could walk to the centre in 10/15 mins. Reading the reviews there was complaints about the trains been too loud ... this was not the case... we could definitely hear the trains go by (our room was facing towards the tracks) but in fact, we loved watching the trains go by and they definitely didn not keep us awake at night ! Loved this hotel. Good selection of food in the morning too !

Location was great - 10 min walk to main square where all the trams/trains and buses are. Breakfast was good - Would have like more fruit options though. Staff was friendly, Room was very warm when we arrived late in the cold evening. Bathroom had Shampoo, shower gel and soap from reusable bottles and not those wasteful small single use ones you tend to get in other hotels.

Friendly staff Location - we got a room with the view on the central station, so I was afraid we will not get much sleep because of the trains, but it was totally fine, no noise at all! The bed was pretty big and very comfortable- if you like soft mattresses The breakfast was really nice, they had everything.
